Capturing the Bond Between Horse & Rider
http://simplyfitfoodfix.com/soups-sides/?bo-recipes-print=850 Horses have been a huge part of my life since day one for me. I was obsessed with anything to do with the animals. It wasn’t until the age of 16 that I was given the chance to share a horse and then eventually I was fortunate to be given my own at the age of 17. For me, horses are so much more than a pet. They are a member of the family, your sport (learning how to take the lows along with the highs) and where you go to clear your head and escape reality. I have met some incredible people in the ‘horse world’ and all I would consider friends for life including my best friend. It has been a dream to combine my work with my passion and that’s exactly what I have done!
source I aim to create the same, high-quality imagery with my equestrian portrait sessions as I do with my wedding and lifestyle photography work. Light is an element that I rely on upon along with the beautiful scenery of the UK’s countryside – East Anglia/ Norfolk. I shoot in a candid manner resulting in warm and natural imagery capturing the ‘off camera’ laughs and natural body language of horse and owner. All sessions take place in the comfort of your own home/ livery yard or alternatively I am more than happy to venture out to a venue or area where you think would make the best shots. If you would like to discuss portraits of your horse or dog, or just talk through any ideas you might have, please feel free to email anytime at the address below. My aim is to make you and your animal feel as relaxed and happy as possible, always making the best pictures. I work to produce a series of images for my clients with no follow up extra cost, and always ensures the emotion, personality and beauty of the relationship between you and your horse or dog are captured in the best possible way.
About my Equestrian Photo-Sessions
order Topiramate online The saying ‘Never work with children and animals’ is an absolute myth and whoever came up with it never had animals or children. Yes, horses may bite, kick, shuffle, get impatient, spend the whole shoot being scared of a leaf or pawing the ground with boredom BUT I will never give up until I have captured a series of fun, varied shots of you and your beloved beasty!
I advise my clients to pick out their favourite locations where there is a lot of light and colour or greenery. I prefer shooting in the Spring/ Summer/ Autumn for this reason as the Norfolk/ Suffolk countryside will always make a beautiful backdrop! I love it when my clients have a change of clothes as this also adds variation to the images – casual riding wear, competition wear or completely non-horsey, pretty dress wear! I will try to remember to bring tic-tacs to get the attention and those ears forward however if you do have someone who could attend the shoot to dance around behind me to get that shot that would be amazing! If the weather is appalling I will call the shoot off (i will usually let you know judging by the weather forecast two days before) as we all know that horses and rain do not mix very well and handling horses is difficult enough as it is!
I also provide gift vouchers so if you would like to purchase a Norfolk Equestrian Photo-shoot for a friend or family member please let me know. Any questions please do not hesitate to ask!
