Castle Acre Garden Wedding, Norfolk

Laurie + Claire

Traditional with a twist, Laurie and Claire’s beautiful August wedding took place at Castle Acre Church. From there, the reception was held at her parent’s home in Castle Acre. I have never visited Castle Acre before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This beautiful little village was an absolute gem for wedding photos.

Claire and Laurie broke traditions and got ready together, greeted guests together and then walked together from Claire’s parent’s home to Castle Acre Church. As you may have noticed, Claire sported a beautiful blush pink wedding dress and matching veil. Both the veil and dress complimented her English Rose look perfectly! Laurie is incredibly musical and surprised Claire with a big ol’ performance at the end of his speech which then carried on until the evening! The band members then held up a series of three signs displaying ‘Claire Finch Rocks!.’ Of course we had to take the signs with us to the Castle Acre Ruins for golden hour photos!

A sunny Norfolk wedding filled with so many smiles and natural moments. I absolutely loved this wedding and it was so memorable for all of the right reasons!
