Ian and Natalie are one of my 2017 couples who braved the spotlight in a couple photo-session in order to practise feeling relaxed in front of the camera for their big day next year. We visited Dunwich Woods, Suffolk one very rainy afternoon in November where the leaves were an array of warm golds and oranges. Both Ian and Natalie were great in front of the camera and within 20 minutes they had completely relaxed, took a small amount of direction but were complete naturals at every shot I proposed to them (with my trusty folder of thousands of images on my iPad for inspiration.) After walking around the woodland and cowering under trees from the downpours of rain, we headed out to Dunwich Beach where the sun was setting creating a very soft and subtle glow as the light started to diminish. Overall the day was very wet and muddy however the sun did shine and both Natalie and Ian were wearing purple scarves and the colours of the leaves and forgery acting as a backdrop created a lovely Autumnal, warm feel (even though we were all rather cold!!)
